Bush’s Legacy
Bush has taken to the airwaves in a last ditch effort to convince us we were all wrong and he alone was right. An effort to try and pull a strand of legacy from the muck he crashed the car into. What makes matters worse, he doesn’t have a clue he crashed the car.
How will history judge a man who surrounded himself with “yes” men and women? How will history books record eight years of a man spinning and rewriting what took place on his watch?
For every action is a reaction and for every denial, there is recorded fact. It’s time for George Bush to act like a man for once in his life by accepting responsibility for his actions. Stop trying to blame the recession we are now in on previous administrations. Own up to mistakes. It’s not weak to admit mistakes. Fact is, it takes a strong person to look someone in the eye and say they were wrong.
George has been wrong from Iraq to his legacy. There is no spin that can erase incompetence. Too many people have paid the price with their lives. In this country and Iraq.

Too bad fer Dubya, we live in a YouTube world now…otherwise it might take a few generations of digging for the world to realize just how big of an assferret he and his cronies were.
I think one of the most telling things about Bush came in the 2004 campaign when he was asked if he regretted anything he had done, something along those lines. His reply was essentially that he made all of his decisions with the best intentions at the time and wouldn’t change those decisions. The man doesn’t think he makes mistakes. When he does he assumes everyone would make those mistakes. Is it January 20th yet?
nice post too, btw…
Cheers!
